The Summit opened with an introduction to Nike's vision for athlete support and development, showcasing how Nike serves athletes both on and off the pitch. Athletes were introduced to the teams, services and opportunities available to help them unlock their full potential while building meaningful connections across the wider Nike community.
The Power Of The Journey
Through an inspiring conversation with Martina Piemonte, athletes explored the highs, lows and defining moments of an elite athlete's career. By sharing her experiences on and off the pitch, Martina offered valuable perspectives on resilience, determination, confidence and staying true to yourself while pursuing your ambitions.
Creativity Starts Where Comfort Zones End
Following an inspiring conversation with artist Simone Fugazzotto, athletes explored the power of self-expression and the importance of finding their own voice. Guided by Simone's story and artistic vision, they transformed football boots into personal works of art, using design as a way to tell their stories, celebrate their individuality and express who they are beyond competition.
Set against the stunning backdrop of Forte Village and just steps away from the beach, the community dinner offered athletes a chance to unwind, connect and enjoy the moment. Surrounded by palm trees, great food and a relaxed atmosphere, the evening created the perfect setting to build new friendships and share experiences beyond sport.
Speed, focus and a healthy dose of competition took center stage as athletes faced off in a thrilling kart challenge. Away from their usual sporting environment, the activity offered a fun opportunity to embrace the competitive spirit and create unforgettable memories together.
Shaping The Future Of Sport
Hosted by the Montebelluna team, athletes gained exclusive access to upcoming football innovations, future concepts and product development insights. Through feedback sessions and hands-on experiences, they contributed directly to the innovation process while discovering how Nike brings athlete insights to life.
Delivered in partnership with Bebe Vio Academy, this session challenged athletes to explore the power of sport as a tool for inclusion, accessibility and social impact. Through interactive experiences and inspiring conversations, participants gained a deeper understanding of how athletes can create positive change both within and beyond their communities.
Find Your Voice
Led by content creator Lisa Offside, athletes explored the evolving world of content creation, personal storytelling and community building. The session encouraged athletes to think beyond results and performances, helping them understand how to authentically share their journey, values and personality with their audience.
Exploring the coastline by rubber dinghy, athletes set out to discover hidden beaches and sea caves. Combining adventure, teamwork and unforgettable scenery, the experience offered a unique way to connect with the nature of Sardinia and with one another beyond sport.
Athletes took to the padel courts for an evening of friendly competition, joined by Nicolò Barella and Lisa Offside. The tournament created an energetic atmosphere and unforgettable moments shared across athletes, special guests and Nike teams.
From Summit To Spotlight
The 3 days culminated with the creation of consumer-facing content supporting the Football Gear Up Pack launch. Alongside Nicolò Barella, athletes were given the opportunity to become campaign protagonists, stepping into a professional production environment and experiencing firsthand what it means to represent the Nike brand.
Elevate athletes as brand, preparing them for a future under the spotlight. Make-up artists and stylists, from our Nike VM&S team, were engaged to make athletes feel as exceptional as they would on a professional photo shoot. The results are amazing pictures with lifestyle outfit and performance action shoot.
